Goods delivery will be made two to three days after the Pay-Pal payment has been made, both enabling and confirming the clearance of funds into the shop account. All of our goods are shipped between 09.00 to 17.00 hours Monday to Friday, and not at weekends.
Delivery within the UK will be made by standard second class post, and will normally arrive within three working days. Postage for goods to both Europe and the rest of the world will be sent by standard airmail and depend on the individual countries for delivery times. For a good idea of delivery times for individual countries please click on this Royal mail link. http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/customerservice2?catId=83900761&mediaId=122800769

I will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day I will confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods. Why do you like writing stories? |
I like writing stories because it allows you to be who you want to be, to be able to express yourself and try to explain things clearly so that each and every one of us can understand, and not just those with a University Honours degree in English Language.

Does Chubbly ever visit schools? |
Yes of course, Chubbly and I love to try and visit as many schools as possible, I always bring Chubbly with me. It’s always great to meet the children who are actually reading my books. I suggest that if possible the children read at least one of my books prior to my school visit. My books will always be made available for sale after my talk.

Where does Chubbly's author live? |
I live with my wife and children in a small village at the foot of the Safor Mountain range in Valencia Spain. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, with a huge backdrop of the mountains behind us, and set in amongst eleven Kilometres of fragrant smelling orange groves, stretching out to meet the golden beaches of the Mediterranean ocean.
